Everything about this hotel was subpar! The carpets were filthy, towels had yellow patches, and there was even a lizard in my room. Reception was only open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., making early check-out a hassle, and I paid $200 for a room change due to a safety issue. This is definitely not a "resort"—it’s more like a budget crash pad.

The kitchen utensils were mismatched, and the overall cleanliness of the apartment could be improved.

The kitchen had noticeable burn marks and the utensils looked like a mismatched collection from garage sales. the shower head was broken and cleaning wasn’t up to par, contributing to an unpleasant atmosphere. With over $250 a night, the experience didn’t justify the price, especially when the curtains let in too much sunlight for a good night's sleep.

For an easier check-in, consider calling ahead to confirm your room is ready—this helped streamline my arrival and avoid any delays.

Stunning building with charm and character! Outstanding location near the beach, shops, and amazing dining options. The staff were friendly and eager to assist, enhancing the stay.

The location was a big win for us, just a short stroll from Broadbeach Mall, the tram, and restaurants. The one-bedroom apartment was clean but still felt a bit dated, and a strange smell lingered despite maintenance trying to fix the drains. I appreciated the spaciousness, although the shower could use an upgrade as it had some grime. we enjoyed being close to the beach and shops but felt some aspects could use improvement.

Clean apartments with a fantastic location

I recently stayed for 4 nights in a one-bedroom apartment and was pleasantly surprised by how clean and spacious it was. The layout was perfect with three balconies offering great views, and being just a short walk from the beach and shopping made our stay even better. The staff were super accommodating, especially during check-in. My only concern was the shower step, which could be challenging for shorter individuals.

The one-bedroom apartment was comfy with a nice outlook over the pool. The bed and lounge were super cozy, and the kitchen had all the basics you need. Loved having a washing machine and dryer—total lifesaver with kids! Plus, the air cons really made the room nice and cool. Only wish there was a better view, but the location made up for that—a Woolworth's right across the road and beach so close.

This place was just a strong match for a transient stop in Gold Coast with exceptional value. The indoor pool was great after a long day. Be sure to ask about room updates if you're sensitive to noise.
